Nicole Rodrigues

Nicole Rodrigues was born and raised in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Business Management and concentration in Criminal Justice. Nicole also holds a professional Real Estate License.

Nicole has over 23 years of legal experience and worked at many prominent litigation law firms. Her legal writing and research ability has helped attorneys win multi-million dollar verdicts. As an experienced trial litigation assistant, Nicole is very instrumental in assisting our litigation department in case preparation, including all aspects of discovery, deposition and trial. Her work requires extensive legal research, preparation and client contact.

Nicole has been mentored into the legal profession by experienced trial lawyers and continues working and gaining experience. Her extensive tenure in the legal field gives her the skills to master some knowledge of the law and legal procedure. She comes to identify and empathize with clients who have either been injured and/or lost love ones. She is extremely passionate about working with clients to help achieve maximum settlement results.

Her experience includes strong litigation in both federal and state courts in the corporate, personal injury, products liability, workers compensation, tax, probate, family and landlord/tenant legal practice areas, as well as exceptional skills in office management overseeing the administrative support staff.

Nicole enjoys volunteering with church activities and serving the community as well as spending time with her family and traveling abroad.
